About the Position

TW Services is a third-party Warehouse Service Provider for Kroger Distribution Center. We are currently seeking local order selectors/pickers to join our team at the Food Distribution Center in Buckeye, Phoenix. This is a full-time, permanent position, not a temporary agency role.

Schedule and Compensation

• Hours/Schedule: 2:00PM - Finish (8 to 10 hours), Monday to Saturday with scheduled day off
• Pay and Benefits: Weekly pay cycle (every Friday), PPO health insurance options with dental and vision, paid sick leave

Responsibilities

• Locate products using warehouse technology (voice picking system)
• Pull items from shelves, retrieve orders by quantity and size
• Build and wrap pallets for loading
• Pick a minimum of 160 cases per hour

Requirements

• Voice picking and electric pallet jack experience
• Bulk selection warehouse experience
• Ability to lift heavy boxes (30 lbs to 100 lbs) repeatedly
• Stand for long periods (8-12 hours)
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
