Join to apply for the TW Services - Warehouse Technician role at TW Services Inc

TW Services is a third-party Warehouse Service Provider for Kroger Distribution Center. We are seeking local order selectors/pickers to join our team at the Food Distribution Center in Buckeye, Phoenix. This is a full-time, permanent position, not a temporary agency role.

We offer a quick onboarding process that can get you to work soon after your interview.

Hours/Schedule

2:00 PM - Finish (8 to 10 hours), Monday to Saturday with a scheduled day off.

Compensation/Benefits

• Weekly pay cycle - Every Friday

Daily Responsibilities

• Locate product using warehouse technology (Voice pick system)
• Pull items from shelves
• Retrieve orders based on quantity and size
• Build pallets with orders and position them on loading docks
• Wrap pallets before loading
• Pick a minimum of 160 cases per hour

Requirements

• Experience with voice picking and electric pallet jacks
• Bulk selection warehouse experience
• Ability to lift heavy boxes (30 lbs to 100 lbs) repeatedly
• Stand for long periods (8-12 hours)
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Incentives for production
