Apple Inc. is seeking a Commerce Roadmap Lead for Apple TV to drive prioritization of cross-functional initiatives and define a growth-focused roadmap across executive leaders and engineering, product, and finance teams.

You will drive collaboration, translate technical capacity into business impact, and oversee program management to deliver initiatives on time while balancing conflicting priorities across the organization.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 8 years in program/project management or technical roadmap planning in large-scale organizations.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through established frameworks and effective communications.
• Able to balance multiple priorities with limited resources and manage multiple work streams.
• Experience scaling programs globally, with awareness of country/region nuances.
• Experience in entertainment, streaming and/or subscriptions is ideal.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the annual roadmap planning program by collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization.
• Define, manage and optimize the process to review and prioritize initiatives for business growth and customer impact.
• Translate technical capacity and product feasibility into business context for prioritization decisions.
• Oversee project management, dependencies, risks, and delivery tracking to keep the Apple TV roadmap on track.
• Influence and communicate with stakeholders across functions to balance needs and priorities.
• Coordinate across product, engineering, TV strategy, and finance to synthesize information into actionable deliverables.
• Build and maintain relationships with leadership to align on priorities and tradeoffs.
