General Definition of Work

The Tutor, under general supervision, performs instructional work with minimal decision-making discretion related to implementing a supplemental instructional program in an elementary or secondary learning environment that guides, and encourages students to support and fulfil their academic goals. Employee performs school-based work to carry out Board of Education policies under the direction of the principal.
