Job summary

Boys- is seeking a 21 st Century Tutor in Missouri to support the 21st CCLC program, providing literacy and educational services to participating families. The tutor will run small-group and whole-group activities for elementary students, administer the Quick Phonics Screener, and develop lessons aligned with QPS skill sets.

Qualifications include some college, teaching experience preferred, and strong communication and leadership abilities to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines.

• Strong communications skills, both verbal and written, and strong presentation skills.
• Group leadership skills, including an understanding of group dynamics.
