Job summary

Kraft Group LLC, through Revolution Academy, is seeking a Tutor to provide off-field education support to Residency Players. You will track online school progress, coordinate with schools, and guide NCAA eligibility.

The role emphasizes communication, scheduling, and confidentiality, with duties including weekly check-ins, creating class schedules, and supporting well-being. Some travel may be required; evening and weekend availability may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of teaching or tutoring experience.
• 2-4 years of well-being support in a residency setting or relevant.
• Effective oral and written communication.
• Demonstrated time management skills.
• Organized and attentive to detail.
• Ability to travel and work nights/weekends as required.
• Bi-lingual English and Spanish / Portuguese preferred.

SUMMARY

The Tutor reports to the Director of Youth Development and will provide off-field education support to the Revolution Academy Residency Players.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Track student-athletes' online school progress, including overseeing completion of assignments and classes
2. Help student-athletes communicate with their online school and teachers
3. Provide guidance and support with academics as needed
4. Complete weekly check-ins with every student-athlete that utilizes tutor services
5. Collaboratively create class and assignment schedules with student-athletes
6. Educate student-athletes on NCAA eligibility and guidelines
7. Facilitate scheduling of state-mandated testing for student-athletes

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree required
• 3+ years of experience teaching or tutoring
• 2-4 years of experience providing well-being support in a residency setting or relevant
• Effective communication skills, oral and written
• Demonstrated time management skills
• Organized and attentive to detail
• Ability to effectively adjust to needs and changing schedules
• Must be able to travel and work nights/weekends as required
• Bi-lingual (English and Spanish / Portuguese) preferred
