Aerotek is seeking a Turret Operator for a permanent, onsite role in Arlington, MN. The position supports 1st and 2nd shifts and involves loading sheet metal, reading blueprints, and assisting with machine setup to ensure quality and efficiency. Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of machine operating experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and machine operation.

• Reliable attendance and ability to work a 2nd shift schedule.
