Buffalo Thunder is seeking a dining room Bussperson to clear and clean tables and support a smooth dining experience. The role requires standing during shifts, basic English, and courteous, people-oriented service.

This full-time, non-exempt position includes table bussing, dishwashing, and assisting with front-of-house tasks, with weekend and holiday shifts expected. Base pay is $12.00 per hour with additional tips; candidates must be 19+, and no prior experience is required.

• Bus tables by clearing dirty dishes from table

• Cleans and polishes dining room equipment such as buffet bar
• Keeps work area clean by picking up trash and wiping tables
• Other duties as assigned

JOB PURPOSE:

To clear and clean tables to ensure a quality customer service dining experience

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Busses tables by clearing dirty dishes from table
• Taking turns washing dishes
• Assisting with emptying all of the trash in the front of the house
• May serve ice water, refills coffee and iced tea; may brew coffee and fill fruit juice dispensers
• Cleans and polishes dining room equipment such as buffet bar
• Keeps work area clean by picking up trash and wiping tables
• Other duties as assigned
• Must be at least 19 years of age or older

REQUIRED EDUCATION OR COMBINATION OF EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Restaurant dining room setting. Shift work required. Required to work weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Standing/Walking: 100%
• Lifting and carrying required up to 35 lbs.
• Must be able to move tables and chairs as needed and push cart when bussing
• Must follow safety precautions and requirements
