Job summary

Qualifications

• Be able to stand for prolonged periods.
• Must safely move objects up to approximately 50 pounds.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Ensure tables are clean and set – ready for guests.
• Fill water glasses immediately after guests are seated.
• Clear all dishes, glassware, paper goods, and table linens at proper times as guests complete their meals or depart their tables.
• Place all items into the bussing cart, on bussing trays, or into tubs.
• Reset tables with napkins, silverware, water glasses, and dishes as directed.
• Empty bussing carts, trays, or tubs in the kitchen areas.
• Make sure all glassware and silverware are clean and polished.
• Stock various clean dishes, glassware, and condiments at the server’s station.
• Ensure that there is enough freshly brewed coffee.
• Empty kitchen garbage receptacles and take bags to the dumpster.
• Expedite food to guests in a timely manner.

Description

A Restaurant Busser will work in one of our Food & Beverage venues. They will clear, clean, and reset tables in preparation for serving guests while taking food to guests in a timely manner.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure tables are clean and set – ready for guests
• Fill water glasses immediately after guests are seated
• Clear all dishes, glassware, paper goods, and table linens at proper times as guests complete their meals or depart their tables
• Place all items into the bussing cart, on bussing trays, or into tubs
• Reset tables with napkins, silverware, water glasses, and dishes as directed
