Job summary

Bechtel seeks a Turnover Manager for Cheyenne, WY, to lead turnover, system completion, and handover activities from construction through commissioning and startup. You will coordinate Construction, Quality, Engineering, and Commissioning teams to ensure test records, documentation, and turnover packages meet project requirements and schedules.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management with extensive experience in turnover programs and completion management,

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, with 10–13 years of relevant experience, or 14–17 years in lieu of a degree.
• Experience leading turnover and system completion programs on large EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical completion, turnover processes, commissioning interfaces, and completion management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project turnover & system completion program.
• Manage Mechanical Completion, System Completion, & Turnover activities.
• Coordinate Construction, Quality, Engineering, & Commissioning teams to achieve turnover milestones.
• Oversee turnover databases, completion management systems, & turnover documentation.
• Monitor turnover progress and develop recovery plans as needed.
• Lead turnover readiness reviews and system handovers to Commissioning.
