Bechtel, partnering with NextDecade on the Rio Grande LNG project in Brownsville, TX, seeks a System Turnover specialist to drive turnover readiness and coordinate multi-team activities on a major energy infrastructure program.

You will analyze system readiness, track restraints, and identify risks while supporting continuous learning and zero-defect turnover objectives across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2–5 years of relevant experience or 6–9 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience on LNG construction sites along the U.S. Gulf Coast preferred.
• Strong communication and computer skills, with familiarity with project controls software.

Responsabilités

• Track pending issues and actions impacting system turnover.
• Coordinate system walkdowns.
• Urge Construction, Field Engineering and Pre-Commissioning to meet commitments.
• Review field inspection records for quality and completeness.
• Log inspection records into completions management software for tracking.
• Maintain completions tracking databases and update Teamworks.
• Coordinate and track punchlist items; assist with admin duties.
• Develop understanding of work packaging, test packaging, and drawings for packages.
• Support development and provide operational training to team members.
