Job summary

Pacifico Energy is seeking an Electrical Construction Manager for the Cedar Creek project in Texas. You will represent the owner for electrical installation plant-wide, guiding turnover, boundary definitions, and closure under a lump-sum EPC contract.

You will lead walkdowns with construction, commissioning and quality teams, maintain punch lists, and ensure timely turnover documents are complete before handover, reporting progress to the Commissioning Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience leading turnover, completions or commissioning on large capital projects.
• 5+ years representing an owner over an EPC contractor under a lump-sum contract.
• Hands-on experience with completions management systems.
• Ability to hold a line on closure under schedule pressure.
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent years of field experience.

Cedar Creek is a 1,100 MW simple-cycle gas turbine power project built under a lump-sum EPC contract. As Electrical Construction Manager you represent the owner for electrical installation plant-wide - work that is largely buried or energized by the time anyone thinks to question it.
