Responsibilities

• Turnover of vacant units, cleaning and preparing them for new residents (end of month/beginning).

• Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Notify the community manager of any maintenance items needing attention.

Job Responsibilities: (Including but not limited to)

• Turnover of vacant units, including cleaning and preparing them for new residents (end of month/beginning of month) - This may require you to stand on ladders to clean light fixtures, and crouch very low to clean out bottom cupboards.
• Monitoring and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Promptly notify the community manager of any maintenance items that require their attention.
