Job summary

INH Property Management Inc. is seeking a full-time, mid-level Maintenance Technician for our Milaca apartment community.

You will take pride in maintaining a high-quality living environment and coordinating with residents and team members to ensure move-ins are seamless. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and strong time management with the ability to work independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Drywall, painting, and carpentry experience.
• Knowledge of light plumbing and electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures.
• Boilers knowledge preferred.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Boilers license or willingness to obtain.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Chiller knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with residents when fulfilling maintenance requests.
• Miscellaneous maintenance tasks.
• Grounds upkeep and snow removal.
• Janitorial duties to keep the community looking impeccable.
• Respond to work orders in a timely manner.
• Work as a team to prepare apartments for move-ins and maintain high standards.
• Clean and maintain common areas.
• Interior painting.
• Foster positive resident relationships through responsive communication and service.
• All other duties to create a great living environment.

What We’re Looking For:

INH Properties is seeking a full-time, mid-level experienced Maintenance Technician that will take pride in making our Milaca apartment community a great place to live!

Job Responsibilities: (Including but not limited to)

When joining our team, you will play an important role by owning the following tasks:

• Communicating professionally with residents when fulfilling maintenance requests
• Miscellaneous Maintenance
• Grounds upkeep and snow removal
• Janitorial to keep our community looking impeccable
• Responding to work orders in a timely manner
• Work as a team to ensure apartments are ready for all move-ins and maintain our communities to the highest standard
• Cleaning/Maintaining common areas
• Interior painting
• Foster positive resident relationships through responsive communication, service, and support
• All other duties required to create a great living environment for our residents

Requirements

Who We Are Looking For (Ideal Candidate):

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A valid Driver's License
• Time Management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Dry walling including painting and carpentry
• Working knowledge of light plumbing and electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures

Preferred but not required:

• Experience in multi-family housing
• Boilers knowledge is strongly preferred
• Boilers License or a willingness to get one
• HVAC certification strongly preferred
• CPO Certified or willingness to get certified
• Chiller knowledge

Working Conditions:

• Hourly
• Full Time
• On-Call (as needed)
