Job summary

RRC Solutions Group is seeking a Project Manager with strong manufacturing or construction background to lead turnkey projects from planning to completion. You will coordinate with engineering, production, and sales teams, maintain customer relationships, and ensure schedules, budgets, and quality meet commitments.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering or PM, and PMI certification is preferred. Six+ years of PM experience in related fields, with proficiency in ERP systems and blueprints

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Project Management is required.
• PMI certification is preferred.
• At least six years of project management experience in manufacturing or construction.
• Experience reading blueprints and schematics.
• Experience with fabrication processes and overseeing fabrication work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems; Global Shop Solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers and serve as the primary contact.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and complete turnkey projects with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and manage project schedules, track progress, and address delays.
• Create and manage project budgets and participate in cost reviews.
• Request, evaluate, and select subcontractor quotes.
• Review bid documents with estimating to ensure timely, accurate quotes.
• Prepare material takeoffs and cost estimates for opportunities and change orders.
• Manage changes in project scope, identify risks, and develop contingency plans.
• Work with manufacturing to ensure products meet specs and delivery commitments.
• Prepare and present project updates, proposals, requirements documents, and progress reports.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and management to estimate costs for non-core opportunities.
