Job summary

Client Growth Resources, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager with manufacturing or construction experience to lead turnkey projects.

The role focuses on building strong client relationships, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering on time and within budget. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Project Management and at least six years of PM experience, with proficiency in reading blueprints and using ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Project Management is required.
• At least six years of project management experience in manufacturing or construction.
• Experience reading blueprints and schematics.
• Strong communication skills with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers, serving as their primary point of contact throughout each project.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and complete turnkey projects while coordinating with Miller’s management, engineering, production, and sales teams.
• Develop and manage project schedules, track progress, and address potential delays or other issues.
• Create and manage project budgets, monitor costs, and participate in cost reviews and reduction efforts.
• Request, evaluate, and select subcontractor quotes.
• Review bid documents with the estimating team to help ensure quotes are accurate and submitted on time.
• Prepare material takeoffs and cost estimates for new opportunities and project change orders.
• Manage changes in project scope, identify risks, and develop contingency plans.
• Work with manufacturing to ensure products meet customer specifications and delivery commitments.
• Prepare and present project updates, proposals, requirements documents, and progress reports.
• Read and interpret blueprints and contract drawings, applying knowledge of fabrication and manufacturing processes.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and management to estimate costs for non-core opportunities.
