Job summary

Gosiger is seeking a hands-on engineer to manage turnkey machine setup, programming, and run-off from arrival to acceptance at the customer site. You will develop machine programming processes, train customers, and support on-site operations with a focus on efficiency and quality.

You will travel locally and out-of-state up to 30% to support customers, perform on-site troubleshooting, and ensure smooth hand-offs with detailed documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field or equivalent.
• Knowledge of machine tool products, options, and functions.
• Ability to read and interpret blue prints; develop machine programming processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform turnkey machine setup, programming, and run-offs from arrival to customer site.
• Develop and optimize machine programming processes for part creation.
• Train customers on machine operation and basic troubleshooting on-site and in-house.
• Travel to customer sites locally and out-of-state as needed (up to 30%).
• Create and maintain records and documentation for machine and programming processes.
