Job summary

Gosiger Machine Tool LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician to troubleshoot, install, service and repair CNC machine tools at customer sites and in our facility. You will work as part of a team to diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance and communicate progress clearly to customers.

The role requires an associate degree or certification in CNC troubleshooting or installation, at least two years’ experience, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or certification in CNC troubleshooting, repair, and installation.
• Minimum 2 years experience in troubleshooting, installation, and repair of CNC Machine Tools.
• Ability to drive company or personal vehicle for service calls.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; professional conduct with customers.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and problems solves CNC machine tools at customer sites and in-house.
• Performs installation, repair and preventive maintenance with high quality and efficiency.
• Documents actions and findings using service software; reports parts and repairs the same day or within 24 hours.
• Trains customers and internal staff on installation, service, and repair procedures.
