Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking a highly driven Project Manager to lead custom-engineered product programs from order receipt through delivery and closeout. You will coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and quality teams to ensure on-time, on-budget project success.

The role requires strong customer-facing communication, rigorous scheduling, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience within engineered products, capital equipment, manufacturing, or industrial systems environments.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong project scheduling, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and project scheduling software.
• Ability to work effectively across engineering, operations, and commercial teams.
• Preferred: experience in engineered-to-order manufacturing, industrial equipment, HVAC, mechanical systems, or capital equipment industries.
• PMP certification or formal project management training.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of custom-engineered projects from purchase order through shipment, delivery, and closeout.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, risk registers, and project documentation.
• Manage project scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and change control activities across multiple concurrent projects.
• Drive alignment across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and quality teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Manage scope changes, schedule impacts, and cost implications through structured change control processes.
• Help protect project profitability through proactive risk identification and mitigation.
• Support ongoing development of project management best practices, tools, and processes.
• Capture lessons learned and recommend improvements to project execution methodologies.
