Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three or more years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and monitor Turning Bay equipment, including associated tooling and inspection processes.
• Load and unload trucks accurately and route material correctly.
• Enter production data into HTIS hourly and maintain accurate records.
• Perform quality inspections, gauge verification, and 100% ZF inspections; identify non-conforming material using MQ1 procedures.
• Follow customer-specific requirements, quality policies, SOPs and work instructions.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and assist Maintenance and Engineering as needed.
• Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes.
• Maintain a safe work environment and comply with plant safety policies.
• Develop the ability to set up all Turning Bay equipment and create new Rattunde programs.
• Achieve and maintain Level 1 NDT Operator certification or higher.
