You will perform routine maintenance, monitor output, run inspections, and troubleshoot issues to ensure timely, high-quality production. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and interpret gauges and measurements.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production machines per procedures.
• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks.
• Monitor output to meet quality standards.
• Conduct in-process inspections for quality control.
• Troubleshoot equipment and adjust as needed.
• Record production numbers, machine settings, and quality data.
• Follow PPE safety protocols and keep a clean work area.
• Meet production requirements and work overtime when required.
• Participate in cross-training and other duties as assigned.
