Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Seattle is seeking a Turndown Attendant to help create a comfortable evening environment in guest rooms. You will prepare rooms for turndown, refresh surfaces, and ensure beds and linens are properly arranged in the early evening.

This part-time role reports to the Director of Housekeeping; US work authorization is required. Previous housekeeping is preferred but not required, and you will join a luxury team dedicated to guest experiences.

Qualifications

  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Removes used towels and replaces them with clean ones from the linen closet. Turns down bed and changes linen if necessary.
  • Wipes down any wet services in the bathroom. Folds any clothing left in room and places it in appropriate spot.
  • Removes trash and fills ice bucket with ice.
  • Restocks used amenities such as shampoo, soap, cotton balls, stationery and pens.
  • Prepares vacant rooms for turndown for arriving guests.

Turndown Attendant – Part time

Four Seasons Hotel Seattle Four Seasons Hotel Seattle is looking for a Turndown Attendant who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating the ultimate service experience. Our Turndown Attendants provides a comfortable evening environment in Guest Rooms by cleaning and refreshing the room in the early evening and preparing the room for the guest to sleep in. This position reports to the Director of Housekeeping. U.S. work authorization is required for this position.

Key Elements of the Job
  • Removes used towels and replaces them with clean ones from the linen closet. Turns down bed and changes linen if necessary. Wipes down any wet services in the bathroom. Folds any clothing left in room and places it in appropriate spot. Removes trash and fills ice bucket with ice.
  • Restocks used amenities such as shampoo, soap, cotton balls, stationery and pens.
  • Prepares vacant rooms for turndown for arriving guests.
  • Performs full cleaning of a guest room when needed.
  • Assists House Attendant with responsibilities and duties when there is a high volume of calls including to assist making rollway beds.
Preferred Qualifications And Skills
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required
