Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach is seeking a Full Time Turndown Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. You will prepare guest rooms for evening service, ensuring a relaxing and welcoming environment in line with our standards.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, guest comfort, and personalized service within a luxury setting. Responsibilities include turndown preparation, refreshing bathrooms, organizing belongings, and maintaining carts while supporting other housekeeping tasks as

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in housekeeping or hotel environment is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsabilités

• Service a designated number of occupied rooms during evening shifts, preparing them for turndown.
• Replace used towels and refresh bathrooms; ensure surfaces are clean.
• Prepare beds for evening comfort; adjust lighting and drapes for a relaxing ambiance.
• Handle and organize guest belongings with care.
• Remove room service trays and maintain carts and linen closets.
• Restock amenities and assist with unoccupied room preparation as needed.
• Perform full Room Attendant duties during high volume periods or late check-outs.
• Follow safety and cleanliness procedures.

About the role:

The Turndown Attendant is responsible for preparing guest rooms for evening service, ensuring a relaxing and welcoming environment in line with Four Seasons standards. This role focuses on detail-oriented service, anticipating guest preferences, and delivering a personalized experience. This position is part of the Housekeeping team, reporting to the Housekeeping Management team.

What you will do:

• Service a designated number of occupied rooms during evening shifts, preparing them for turndown
• Replace used towels, refresh bathrooms, and ensure all surfaces are clean and presentable
• Prepare beds for evening comfort, adjust lighting, close drapes, and create a relaxing room ambiance
• Carefully handle and organize guest belongings, such as folding clothing when appropriate
• Remove room service trays, dishes, and carts from guest areas
• Restock guest amenities including toiletries and in-room supplies
• Prepare unoccupied rooms for arriving guests as needed
• Perform full Room Attendant duties when required, including late check-out rooms
• Maintain housekeeping carts and linen closets stocked and organized
• Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate preferences to management
• Support other housekeeping functions during high volume periods
• Follow all safety, cleanliness, and operational procedures

What you bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel environment preferred
• Minimum of 6 months of related experience is an asset
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
