Job summary

NextDecade Corporation in Texas seeks a Senior Superintendent to lead TAR execution across disciplines at the RGLNG Facility. You will manage safety, schedule, cost, and quality while directing multi‑team efforts with contractors and internal staff.

You will own the integrated schedule, drive stage gate readiness, and optimize scopes to ensure on‑time delivery of major maintenance windows. Strong leadership and LNG industry experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience; NCCER preferred.
• 5+ years in turnaround execution leadership; 10+ years LNG/oil & gas supervisory.
• Experience managing large TAR teams and multi-discipline scopes.

Responsibilities

• Lead TAR execution to deliver on schedule, safely and within budget.
• Oversee integrated schedule (Level 3/4) as source of truth.
• Coach and mentor TAR team members and ensure competent labor.
• Coordinate with Steering Committee on schedule and cost performance.
• Own stage gate readiness reviews SG0–SG6.
