The candidate will implement a turnaround plan, build leadership capacity, and foster collaboration with the authorizer, MDE, ISD/RESA, and the management company.

Strong data analysis, instructional leadership, and community trust are essential to navigate rapid systemic change and deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• Central Office Certification required.
• Turnaround leadership experience 3-5 years.
• Urban educational leadership experience required.
• Available to start on or before September 1, 2026 - Preferred
