Responsibilities

• Oversee school operations, including curriculum development, budget management, and staff evaluation.
• Foster an environment of continuous improvement and professional development for teachers and staff.
• Engage with students, staff, parents, and community members to build partnerships and enhance educational opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal educational policies and regulations.
• Lead initiatives to integrate technology and innovative teaching strategies into the curriculum.
