Job summary

Airswift is seeking a TAR P6 Scheduler for a 60-Day Outage Support in La Porte, TX. The role centers on developing and controlling integrated schedules using Oracle Primavera P6 for turnaround and outage planning, with emphasis on critical path analysis and schedule performance reporting.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with engineering, construction, commissioning, operations and maintenance to ensure efficient execution and complete turnover activities.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting large-scale chemical or petrochemical facility projects.
• Experience with brownfield modifications and greenfield construction activities.
• Experience in commissioning, startup, turnover, and system completion scheduling.
• Experience planning and coordinating plant outage or turnaround activities.
• Experience producing weekly and monthly progress reports, KPI dashboards, look-ahead schedules, and executive presentations.
• Experience coordinating contractor schedules to support resource utilization and execution efficiency.
• Oracle Primavera P6 Integrated project scheduling and schedule control.
• Critical Path Method and critical path analysis.
• Schedule risk assessment and recovery planning.

This opportunity supports a large chemical plant project involving brownfield modifications, greenfield construction, commissioning, startup, and turnover activities. The role focuses on developing and controlling integrated schedules in Oracle Primavera P6, with particular emphasis on turnaround and outage planning, critical path analysis, and schedule performance reporting. This position offers exposure to complex project controls activities in a technical industrial environment where coordination across engineering, construction, commissioning, operations, and maintenance is essential.
