Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 8+ years of refinery or petrochemical plant turnaround planning and scheduling required.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 for detailed planning and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule planned maintenance turnaround outages and related projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed WBS in Primavera P6.
• Resource-load and cost-load turnaround schedules for budget alignment.
• Establish and monitor schedule baselines; analyze variances and support recovery.
• Coordinate purchasing and logistics for needed equipment and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate scope and execution.
• Ensure regulatory inspections and quality standards are met.
• Lead continuous improvement and share lessons learned.
