Burrow Global, LLC in Beaumont, TX is seeking an experienced Turnaround Buyer to lead the procurement for turnaround scopes, manage RFQ lifecycles end-to-end, and maintain strong supplier relationships.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of RFQ management experience, direct turnaround procurement preferred, and proficiency with IBM Maximo and MS Office. You will work with turnaround planning, engineering, and maintenance teams to align materials with project timelines.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of strong, hands-on RFQ management experience.
• Direct turnaround procurement experience is highly preferred; capital project procurement may be considered.
• IBM Maximo (required) is the enterprise asset management/procurement software used.

Responsabilidades

• RFQ Management: manage the full RFQ lifecycle from scope receipt to evaluation and award recommendations.
• Sourcing & supplier relations: drive sourcing, maintain vendor communication, ensure competitive pricing and on-time delivery.
• Turnaround support: manage multiple sourcing initiatives during peak SOW development periods.
• Commercial support: assist with contract negotiations and commercial reviews.
• Cross-functional coordination: partner with turnaround planning, engineering, and maintenance to align material/service needs with timelines.
• Execute auxiliary procurement tasks as assigned.
