Burrow Global LLC in Beaumont, TX is seeking an experienced Turnaround Buyer to lead the procurement process for key material and service scopes. You will manage RFQs end-to-end, secure competitive pricing, and maintain strong supplier relationships to support turnaround projects.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of RFQ management experience, with direct turnaround procurement preferred, and a track record of delivering on-time, cost-effective sourcing in an industrial setting.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on RFQ management experience.
• Direct turnaround procurement experience preferred; capital project sourcing acceptable.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• RFQ lifecycle management from scope through award.
• Drive sourcing and supplier relations for timely, competitive bids.
• Support turnaround projects with multiple simultaneous sourcing efforts.
• Assist in commercial reviews and contract negotiations when needed.
• Coordinate with planning, engineering and maintenance to meet timelines.
• Perform additional procurement tasks as assigned.
