Ernest-Gordon-Recruitment-Limited in League City, TX seeks a Buyer III to own CAPEX and strategic procurement. You will lead RFQs/RFPs, develop sourcing strategies, and drive supplier negotiations across equipment, services and materials in a regulated industrial setting.

The role requires 5+ years as a buyer, strong contract management experience, and collaboration with Engineering, Operations and QHSE. Coupa P2P and SAP exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Buyer, with Level 2 Buyer capability
• Experience with CAPEX procurement
• Strong strategic sourcing and negotiation experience
• Experience overseeing supplier management and contract lifecycle

Responsabilités

• Lead CAPEX and strategic procurement activities across equipment, materials, services and requirements; develop sourcing strategies and drive supplier selection.
• Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, Terms & Conditions, service agreements and long-term contracts; manage drafting, redlining, renewals, benchmarking and KPIs.
• Partner with Engineering, Maintenance, Operations and QHSE to meet cost, quality, safety and delivery objectives.
• Provide procurement operations oversight, supplier/com contractor compliance, PO escalations, and act as a Coupa P2P/SAP resource.
