Job summary

Metasys Technologies is seeking an experienced Buyer to manage day-to-day procurement activities, including requests, sourcing, contracts/SOWs, supplier coordination, purchase orders, and invoice resolution.

Support RFQs, competitive bidding, supplier evaluation, and spot buys while ensuring policy and SLA compliance; partner with stakeholders and Buy Desk leadership to deliver efficient, compliant procurement services.

Qualifications

• 48 years of experience in procurement operations, sourcing, purchasing, or P2P in high-volume environments.
• Experience with Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle Fusion, Zip HQ, ServiceNow, or Aptus CLM preferred.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Buyer to manage day-to-day procurement activities, including procurement requests, sourcing, contracts/SOWs, supplier coordination, purchase orders, and invoice resolution.
Support tactical sourcing activities such as RFQs, competitive bidding, supplier evaluation, commercial negotiations, and spot buys while ensuring procurement policy and SLA compliance.
Partner with business stakeholders, Category Leads, Legal, Finance, VRM, Accounts Payable, and Buy Desk leadership to deliver efficient, compliant, and customer-focused procurement services.
Requires 48 years of experience in procurement operations, sourcing, purchasing, or P2P within a high-volume or centralized procurement environment; experience with Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle Fusion, Zip HQ, ServiceNow, or Aptus CLM is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, or a related field, with strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
