EMCOR Group, Inc. seeks a strategic Procurement Manager in Deer Park, TX to lead sourcing, supplier management, and procurement operations supporting industrial turnarounds and capital projects.

This role collaborates with Operations, Turnaround Management, Project Controls, Finance, and field leadership to secure timely, cost-effective materials, equipment, rentals, and subcontracted services. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in procurement, strong vendor management, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in procurement, purchasing, or vendor management.
• Knowledge of industrial equipment and materials for turnarounds in refining/petrochemical.
• Experience supporting turnarounds, maintenance, construction, or energy ops.
• Experience creating and managing purchase orders and supplier communications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilités

• Source and procure materials, equipment, rental assets, and subcontracted services.
• Solicit and evaluate supplier quotations, bids, and proposals.
• Issue and manage purchase orders with accuracy and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with project teams to identify procurement requirements.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships and performance monitoring.
• Assist with contract administration, onboarding, and vendor qualification.
• Resolve procurement-related issues on pricing, delivery, quality, and invoices.
• Track procurement activities and maintain records and documentation.
• Support spend analysis and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with policies, client requirements, safety standards, and regulations.
• Generate procurement reports and assist with supplier performance metrics.
