Job summary

Evergreen Industrial Services Turnaround Group is seeking an Equipment Operator II to join our turnaround team. This role supports hydro blasting, tank cleaning, chemical cleaning, and related services during refinery outages and shutdowns.

You will operate and troubleshoot field equipment, mentor junior crew members, and ensure safe, high-quality work. Travel is required to support turnaround projects; candidates must meet safety standards and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid TWIC and valid Driver’s License.
• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• One to three years of industrial cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced industrial cleaning activities including hydro blasting and tank cleaning.
• Set up, operate, inspect, and dismantle equipment per safety procedures.
• Lead by example in safety compliance and participate in safety briefings.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report when needed.
• Coordinate with Crew Leaders and customer personnel on job progress and scope changes.
• Travel and work in refinery/ petrochemical turnaround environments.
