Job summary

Nouryon in Morris, IL is seeking a Maintenance Turnaround Planning Manager to lead the planning and execution of turnaround events, PMs, and major maintenance projects across the site, ensuring safe, compliant operations.

You will coordinate with engineering, operations, procurement and safety, drive continuous improvement, monitor KPIs, and deliver cost-saving opportunities while maintaining schedule integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in turnaround planning, maintenance, or project leadership.
• Proficient in SAP-PM.
• Strong understanding of planning/maintenance process flow.
• Proven leadership and coordination across multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication, organization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and execution for all turnaround events, PMs and major maintenance projects.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and safety to plan and execute maintenance per best practices.
• Lead root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate data, align stakeholders, and manage budget implications.
• Ensure work is planned safely, documented, and lessons learned captured.
