Job summary

CF Industries Port Neal Nitrogen Complex seeks a Planning and Turnaround Superintendent to lead routine maintenance planning, turnaround planning, and work management quality. You will supervise planning teams, ensure work packages are properly developed, and drive continuous improvement of planning processes in alignment with CF standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong ability to lead planning teams and ensure readiness for outages.
• Proven track record in safety compliance and continuous improvement processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead routine maintenance planning and turnaround planning.
• Ensure work packages include scope, estimates, materials, tools and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Procurement and EHS to align priorities and resources.
• Own planning standards and SAP work order quality; track backlog and readiness metrics.
• Guide turnaround execution and ensure contractor interfaces are clear and compliant.
