Skills Alliance is seeking an experienced Turnaround Planner to support a chemical manufacturing site on a long-term contract. You will own the full lifecycle of plant turnarounds, from planning and preparation through execution and completion, working with operations, maintenance and contractor teams.

Candidates should have turnaround/shutdown planning experience in chemical or heavy industry, SAP experience with maintenance/work orders, and the ability to develop detailed work scopes, resource

• Experience with SAP maintenance/work orders and materials management.
• Ability to develop detailed work scopes, turnaround plans, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate maintenance, operations, and contractor teams during plant outages.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the planning process for plant turnarounds from prep to execution.
• Develop detailed turnaround scopes, schedules and resource estimates.
• Coordinate maintenance, operations and contractor teams during outages.
• Monitor progress and ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance during outages.
