Job summary

Skills Alliance is seeking an experienced Turnaround Planner to support a chemical manufacturing site on a long-term contract. You will own the full lifecycle of plant turnarounds, from planning and preparation through execution and completion, working with operations, maintenance and contractor teams.

Candidates should have turnaround/shutdown planning experience in chemical or heavy industry, SAP experience with maintenance/work orders, and the ability to develop detailed work scopes, resource

• Monitor progress and ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance during outages.

I'm recruiting for an experienced Turnaround Planner to support a chemical manufacturing site on a long-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a critical plant turnaround, supporting the full lifecycle from planning and preparation through to execution and completion.

We're looking to speak with candidates who have experience in:

• Turnaround/shutdown planning within chemical manufacturing or heavy industrial environments
• SAP expertise (maintenance, work orders, materials management)
• Developing detailed work scopes, turnaround plans, and resource requirements
• Coordinating maintenance, operations, and contractor teams during plant outages
• Turnaround scheduling experience (preferred)
