Job summary
Graham Contracting, Ltd. seeks a Pipe Superintendent to lead field execution for Maintenance & Turnaround projects in the oil, gas, petrochemical, renewable energy, and related sectors.

Qualifications
- 5+ years in Maintenance/Turnaround roles, preferably with refining/petrochemicals.
- Strong field execution experience managing 50–1,000 craft per shift during an event.
- Experience in Commissioning, Start-up, and Shut-down activities.
- Strong leadership capable of influencing multiple groups including external contractors.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all organization levels including delegation of work.
- Familiarity with Primavera, SAP and MS Office tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead safety, quality, schedule, and cost across Maintenance/Turnaround projects.
- Develop and optimize the maintenance/turnaround schedule and execute against it.
- Lead the field execution team during outages, coordinating contractors and site resources.
- Develop contracting strategy and manage its execution for turnarounds.
- Oversee teams from 10 to 1,000+ personnel and contractors during events.
- Ensure proper permits, safety compliance, and timely handover of packages.
