Job summary

Graham in Lima, OH is seeking a Pipe Superintendent to lead field execution for Maintenance/Turnarounds. You will manage cross-functional teams, schedule development, and ensure safety and quality across all phases, from planning to turnover. Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Maintenance/Turnaround role, preferably with refining and/or petrochemicals.
• Strong field execution experience managing 50–1,000 craft per shift during an event.
• Experience in Commissioning, Start-up, and Shut-down activities.
• Strong Leadership capabilities; ability to influence multiple groups.
• Ability to communicate at all levels and delegate tasks.
• Experience with budget cycles is a plus.
• Understands project management fundamentals.
• Comply with standard pre-employment DISA background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead Craft Labor during turnaround planning and execution.
• Develop and optimize Maintenance/Turnaround schedules and execution.
• Direct the Execution Manual and scope development.
• Coordinate with Operations, Unit, and Contractors for planning packages.
• Develop contracting strategy with Maintenance/Turnaround and lead execution.
• Manage teams fluctuating from 10 to 1000+ personnel during events.
• Lead contractors with contract values up to $50M.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance during execution.
• Post-turnaround handover, update packages, and document lessons learned.
