Qualified candidates have at least two years as a Mechanic A/Journeyman, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously. Per diem is available for eligible individuals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• NCCER Crew Leader Certification is preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience as a Mechanic A/Journeyman.
• Ability to lead and mentor others in the craft.
• Must be able to plan and coordinate multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Uphold safety guidelines for all workers under direction.
• Interpret blueprints and written/verbal orders.
• Assign duties and coordinate multiple job tasks.
• Train and supervise construction workers to ensure quality and safety.
• Ensure timely production and adherence to company standards.
