Job summary

Princess Cruises is seeking a Manager, Guest Port Experience to oversee the guest logistics and check-in operations for turnaround days across ports worldwide. You will manage ground handling teams, create port-specific manuals, and coordinate with shipboard officers and authorities to ensure smooth embarkation and guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication, and the ability to travel internationally.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years’ experience in cruise, logistics, guest service, hotel operations, or event management.
• Minimum three (3) years’ experience with financial reporting or budget planning responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with operational reporting tools.
• Ability to travel internationally to support shipboard operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day turnaround guest operations for Princess Cruises ships worldwide.
• Manage ground handling supervisors, leads, and staff responsible for logistics, transportation, and check-in.
• Plan and prepare ship and port-specific Guest Logistics manuals in advance.
• Communicate with shipboard officers, ground handlers, port agents, immigration authorities to plan and improve operations.
• Ensure guest service standards, fast check-in, and proactive follow-up on issues.
• Build and manage regional Guest Logistics manpower plans, forecasts, and cost tracking.
• Deliver milestones set by department head.
