The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and cross‑functional communication, with significant travel (>25%) and an in‑office base at one homeport.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to analyze guest feedback and operational trends and drive improvements.
• Strong time management and organizational skills across multiple teams and locations.
• Excellent cross‑functional communication with shipboard and shoreside partners.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 25–50% and work in a fast paced cruise environment.
• Experience with budgeting or financial reporting is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with reporting tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day turnaround guest operations for Princess Cruises ships in worldwide ports.
• Lead ground handling supervisors, staff, and check‑in teams to ensure efficient guest processing.
• Plan ship and port specific Guest Logistics manuals ahead of each season or port call.
• Maintain guest service standards, address issues promptly, and ensure satisfaction scores meet targets.
• Build regional staffing plans and track costs against budgets and forecasts.
• Collaborate with shipboard teams, port authorities, and ground operators to optimize operations.
