Princess Cruises is seeking a Manager, Guest Port Experience to oversee the guest logistics and check-in operations on turnaround days across global ports. The role collaborates with shipboard teams, ground operators, port authorities, and agents to meet turnaround standards and maximize guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in cruise/hospitality operations, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to travel internationally.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to analyze guest feedback and operational trends
• Five or more years in cruise, logistics, guest service, hotel operations or events
• Three or more years in financial reporting or budgeting
• Strategic, hands-on manager with cross-functional leadership
• Clear communication across interdisciplinary teams and travel readiness

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day turnaround guest operations across worldwide ports
• Manage ground handling supervisors and staff for logistics and check-in
• Plan ship/port guest logistics manuals ahead of season or key dates
• Ensure guest service standards and timely issue follow-up
• Develop regional guest logistics staffing plans and budgeting
• Deliver developmental milestones as set by department head
