Job summary

The Superintendent, TAR at NextDecade provides leadership and oversight of all Turnaround execution activities across multiple disciplines, ensuring safety, on-schedule delivery, and quality at the Rio Grande LNG facility.

You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate with contractors, and drive stage-gate readiness, schedule integrity (Primavera P6), and cost control while upholding the One-Team culture and GOALs for safe, compliant turnaround execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Technical degree in Industrial Maintenance / Mechanical Engineering or similar; NCCER preferred.
• 5+ years as TAR execution lead or superintendent on LNG/oil & gas facilities.
• 10+ years in LNG/oil & gas industries in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Lead TAR execution across multiple disciplines to deliver safe, on-schedule turnaround events.
• Ensure safety culture, manage cost, and maintain integrated schedule as single source of truth.
• Coordinate with contractors and partners to enable safe, successful turnaround outcomes.
• Oversee stage gate readiness reviews and post-event AAR for continuous improvement.
