Thrive Property Group is seeking an Independent Cleaning Contractor (1099) to service apartment units and common areas across communities in IN. The role involves turn cleans and maintenance of common areas, performed on an as-needed basis by a self-motivated professional who values high-quality results.

Responsibilities include detailed move-out cleans, appliance cleaning, and upkeep of common areas. Candidates must supply their own equipment, have reliable transportation, and provide liability

Formación

• Must operate as a 1099 Independent Contractor.
• Provide proof of General Liability Insurance.
• Prior experience in apartment or residential cleaning preferred.
• Able to move appliances and lift up to 50 lbs; reliable transportation required.

Responsabilidades

• Unit Turn Cleaning: perform move-out/make-ready cleans, sanitize kitchens and bathrooms, clean inside appliances, wipe cabinets and fixtures, clean windows and blinds, vacuum or mop floors, remove trash, ensure move-in ready standards.
• Common Area Cleaning (As Needed): clean hallways and shared spaces, wipe high-touch surfaces, sweep/mop/vacuum, remove trash and maintain curb appeal.
