Vassar & Company Properties is seeking experienced Commercial Cleaning Specialists to support our growing portfolio of commercial properties and client accounts. This is a 1099 contractor role offering flexible, appointment-based scheduling.

Jobs are assigned based on property needs, and contractors may accept work that fits their availability. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required, and you must bring your own supplies and equipment for office, retail, and multi-unit

Formación

• Prior commercial cleaning experience is preferred.
• Ability to follow cleaning scopes and property-specific instructions.
• Must have strong time management and reliability.
