Job summary

Strada is seeking a skilled HR & Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end Turkish payroll processing and related activities. You will monitor requests, ensure accuracy, and handle confidential information while supporting ongoing system updates and reporting.

The role requires 2–3 years of payroll experience in HR outsourcing or corporate settings, with strong English and Turkish skills. The position offers flexibility to work from home and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience administering payroll in HR consulting, HR Outsourcing or Corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of inputs/outputs such as timekeeping, tax filing/compliance, benefits and other key payroll interfaces.
• Fluent Turkish and English (B2+).

Responsibilities

• End-to-end Turkish payroll processing per defined standards.
• Monitor ticket queues and ensure timely handling of requests.
• Identify deviations from the standard scope and support change requests.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
• Produce payroll reports including statutory year-end reporting needs.
• Review data for accuracy and initiate corrections.
• Answer Turkish payroll questions and provide knowledge transfers to peers.
• Support system maintenance testing and issue coordination.
• Keep current on legislation requirements and payroll procedures.
• Participate in projects as needed.
