Grape Law Firm PLLC is a modern and innovative US immigration law firm based in Manhattan, NY. We are a young and dynamic law firm determined to help immigrants all around the world through the immigration process and ultimately obtain citizenship.

The role entails reporting to the Managing Attorney. The responsibility mainly covers business immigration and family immigration laws in the United States. The candidate is expected to work in close co-operation with the attorneys, as well as the administrative and legal staff.

Qualifications

• JD or LLM degree from an accredited law school and active membership in any state bar association
• 2+ years of experience in immigration law practice
• Demonstrated expertise in complex immigration law matters such as E, L, H1B, H2B, PERM, O1, EB1A, EB2 NIW etc.
• Proficiency in English and Turkish languages
• Experience representing clients before government agencies and in immigration court
• Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
• Prior experience managing and supervising legal support staff is a plus
