Key Responsibilities

Lead and Develop Teams

• - Recruit, train, coach, and supervise team members across all aspects of daily operations.
• - Foster a positive, safety-focused, and customer-centric work environment.
• - Support employee development through ongoing coaching, communication, and performance management.

Drive Safe and Efficient Operations

• - Champion workplace safety and ensure all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements are consistently met.
• - Oversee the safe operation of the facility, equipment, and fleet.
• - Lead logistics and transportation activities, including supervising CDL drivers and delivery operations.

Optimize Business Performance

• - Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations to maximize efficiency and service levels.
• - Manage inventory control, product procurement, warehouse operations, and delivery scheduling.
• - Maintain accurate operational, accounting, inventory, and employee records.
• - Ensure commercial vehicle maintenance schedules and service records are up to date.

Partner with Customers and Sales Teams

• - Collaborate with sales teams on product forecasting and inventory planning.
• - Support customer needs by providing responsive, solution-focused service.
• - Build strong relationships with customers while contributing to business growth and operational success.

Required Qualifications

• - Associate's Degree (A.A. or A.S.) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• - Strong leadership, organizational, planning, and communication skills.
• - Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• - Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

• - Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, or transportation.
• - Knowledge of Turf & Horticulture products and operations.
• - Proven ability to analyze challenges, solve problems, and make sound business decisions.
• - Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• - Experience with AgVance
